- Develop and manage production schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, and provide training to the joinery craftsmen team, offering performance feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Monitor production costs, optimize resource utilization, manage inventory levels, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Oversee machinery maintenance, enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and provide safety training.
