Administrative Secretary

We are looking for a presentable and professional Secretary/Receptionist to manage front office duties, provide exceptional client hospitality, and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Serve coffee, tea, or refreshments to clients.
  • Manage the front desk area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
  • Guide clients to their designated areas or appointments.
  • Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
  • Provide general assistance to the team as needed.
  • Address client inquiries or redirect them to appropriate personnel.
  • Anticipate client needs to ensure a comfortable experience.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including record-keeping.
  • Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Uphold the company’s values through excellent hospitality.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the workplace.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role.
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
