Job Description:
We are looking for a smart & responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Chairman’s Business life and communication.
Fixing various appointments, following up with task given to others by Chairman, arranging various things.
No travel is expected as part of your job outside of Dubai.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the Chairman and others for various issues
- Preparing communications on behalf of Chairman
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Plan and arrange travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation for Chairman and family
- Knowledge of visit visa process of other countries
- Handle property and villa maintenance of the Chairman including directing staff for arrangements
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage chairman’s office in every way
- Source Chairman office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years proven work experience as a Personal Assistant to high net worth individual in Dubai
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
