Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance:
  • Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance in finding products.

  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues or complaints in a friendly and timely manner.

2.Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the store's products, services, and current promotions.
  • Demonstrate product features, functionality, and benefits to customers.

3.Store Maintenance:

4.Cash Handling:

  • Operate the cash register, handle payments (cash, credit/debit cards), and give accurate change.
  • Prepare and process refunds and exchanges according to store policies.

5.Teamwork:

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to discussions on improving customer service and sales performance.
