Position: School Bus Conductor

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and attentive School Bus Conductor to ensure the safety and comfort of students during their daily commutes. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining order, helping students board and exit safely, and ensuring a smooth transportation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus safely.
Maintain discipline and supervise student behavior during transportation.
Ensure students are seated properly and wearing seat belts (if applicable).
Support young or special-needs students as required.
Communicate any incidents or concerns to the bus driver or school authorities.
Perform basic checks and cleaning of the bus interior to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience in a similar role or working with children (a plus).
Responsible, patient, and caring demeanor.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, and any additional school-related transportation needs.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
