We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate or property development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable company, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to capture new markets and ensure growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and feedback.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development.

- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales efforts.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.

- Ensure that all legal and regulatory guidelines are met during the sales process.

- Attend industry events and stay updated on market trends and competitors.
