- Provide expert advice on market conditions and property values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate contracts.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate trends and regulations.
Skills
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or French (additional languages are a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field.
- Proven sales track record with a focus on achieving targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- RERA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
