  • Intermediate negotiation processes of lease, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Determine the financial capabilities and needs of clients in order to recommend solutions that are tailored to their circumstances.
  • Engage in intermediate-level negotiations throughout lease processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal obligations, and other related matters to ensure ethical and equitable interactions.
  • Ensure all paperwork, such as contracts, leases, acknowledgements, etc., are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner.
  • Fixed Salary 2000 AED to 5000 AED + Handsome Commission
