  • Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and local regulations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with developers, clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation and contracts adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • RERA certification (preferred or required).
  • Proficiency in using online platforms and marketing tools.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for client engagement.
  • Having good time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (and if you speak other languages, that’s a huge plus!)
