Nasco Emirates is looking for an Assistant Manager specialized in the General Line of business to join the team in Abu Dhabi. The position entails the following responsibilities:
· Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal quotations and solutions for clients.
· Ensure timely policy issuance through effective follow-ups with insurers.
· Manage General Insurance-related claims efficiently.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Collaborate with insurance company loss adjusters and clients to resolve issues.
· Prepare comprehensive reports (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) through data collection and variance analysis.

Skills
You are right for the role if you meet the following requirements:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Associate Diploma from a recognized insurance institute is a plus.
· 7 years of experience in the General Insurance line in UAE.
· Strong knowledge of insurance underwriting practices and processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Robust analytical and presentation abilities.
· Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
