About the Client:

A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

Job Description:

• Prepare and post journal entries for fixed assets, accruals, deferred rent, prepayments, and other balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform month-end close activities, including close analysis, bank reconciliations and preparation of year-end audit schedules.
• Review and reconcile financial reports, rent rolls, accounts receivable, CAM charges, percent rent charges and management fees, ensuring alignment with the general ledger.
• Process full-cycle accounts payable, prepare sales and use tax filings, monitor income and expenses against budgeted amounts and review third-party management reports for accuracy and completeness.

Skills

Qualifications: 

• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Atleast 3 years of relevant experience within Real Estate & Construction industry
• Must be proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skill
