We are hiring an office admin/ manager for one of our clients in Dubai
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- All clerical and administrative functions for an office. Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues.
- To assist and follow all the established policies and procedures and improve operational flow when identified.
- Maintaining General Office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Dealing with customer correspondence and supporting the customer service team when necessary
- Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, maintaining the filing system
- Mailing and shipping packages & orders, updating the contact database and
- employee list.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoices, monitoring accounts & Product Registration Certificates, Other related paperwork, and its expiry dates.
- Maintaining General Office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations together with an office administrator or when necessary.
- Keep the check list of items in the storage room. As well as all assets.
