Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B2B Operations Manager to join our dynamic team a leading 3PL provider. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our B2B logistics and supply chain services, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our business clients. This role requires a strong understanding of 3PL operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing consistent updates.
- Operations Oversight: Manage and oversee the entire B2B supply chain process, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure on-time delivery, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with SLAs.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows across the B2B supply chain.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a cross-functional team to execute B2B operations seamlessly, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between departments (warehouse, transportation, customer service, etc.).
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to assess the effectiveness of B2B operations and continuously optimize service delivery.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and carriers, ensuring timely and cost-effective services that align with client requirements.
- Budget & Cost Management: Oversee the B2B operations budget, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability while maintaining high service standards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data and generate reports to provide actionable insights for senior management, helping drive strategic decision-making.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all B2B operations comply with legal, regulatory, and safety standards, while maintaining high standards of quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management within the 3PL or logistics industry, with a focus on B2B operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle complex operational challenges.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operations management software.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
