Adecco is hiring for Personal Assistant for a leading oil and gas company in UAE.



Role :Personal Assistant

Contract: 1 months

Location: Bur Dubai

Visa : Candidate should have own visa

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Agenda Management: Efficiently manage the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the GM’s time is utilized effectively.
  2. Office Management: Act as the go-to person for the Head Office, overseeing daily operations to maintain a well-organized and functional workspace.
  3. Meeting Room Oversight: Conduct regular checks of meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy, equipped, and ready for use.
  4. Resource Management: Ensure that all office resources are adequately stocked, such as refilling paper in printers, ensuring water dispensers are filled, and maintaining office supplies.
  5. Team Support: Provide general support to the office team, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications:

  1. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
  2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Experience in office management or executive support is preferred but not mandatory.
