Key Responsibilities:
- Agenda Management: Efficiently manage the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the GM’s time is utilized effectively.
- Office Management: Act as the go-to person for the Head Office, overseeing daily operations to maintain a well-organized and functional workspace.
- Meeting Room Oversight: Conduct regular checks of meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy, equipped, and ready for use.
- Resource Management: Ensure that all office resources are adequately stocked, such as refilling paper in printers, ensuring water dispensers are filled, and maintaining office supplies.
- Team Support: Provide general support to the office team, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications:
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in office management or executive support is preferred but not mandatory.
