Junior Brand Activation Manager (VIE)

Responsibilities


Brands Plans and Communication:

• Agency Briefing: Assist in briefing agency partners on yearly plans, campaigns, and content creation (for new content, or localizing global content).

• Digital Picture of Success: Work with agencies, local/central teams to build digital assets of the Evian Volvic Alpro International brands in the Middle East and ensure best-in-class visibility through continuous content optimization.

• Trade Marketing: Coordinate with Brand/Marketing Managers, BDMs, and distributors in developing in-store activation plans, and monitor campaign ROI.

• A&P Management: Thoroughly implement the budgetary process set by the central team and monitor spending of budget vs. allocation per campaign and market.

• Stakeholders Alignment: Regularly connect with local and central stakeholders to align on Middle East activation calendar and share best practises with other Evian Volvic Alpro zones.



Innovations & Rennovations:

• Innovation Process: Consolidate information and insights received from marketing & sales teams to build business cases required for the launch of NPDs in key markets.

• Packaging: Launch and manage graphic chain process for innovations and renovations in the Middle East and be point of contact for EVI central team and agencies involved in the GC process.

• Local Compliance: Ensure that innovations/renovations SKUs & labels are compliant with local regulations across the Middle East markets.


Consumer, Market & Competitive Insights:

• Insights Analysis: Analyse market and competitive reports received from our distributors and agency partners and suggest action plans when needed.

• Market Trends: Understand and monitor the latest consumer/category trends and behaviour in the Middle East; conduct market visits to monitor EVI in-store executions, and activations relevant to our category.

ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

Key Skills & Competencies

  • 2-3 years of work experience in Marketing or Trade marketing.
  • Solid analytical skills – ability to read and analyse quantitative and qualitative reports.
  • Project management.
  • Results oriented, team player and committed to excellence in execution.
  • Dynamic with a positive attitude, open to new ideas and eager to take on challenges.
  • Fluent in English.


EDUCATION

University Degree. Masters Preferred.
