Customer Experience Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer experience for Keeta Drone in the Middle East region, including user relationship management and user needs analysis.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively with users to resolve issues and complaints, and provide timely feedback on user opinions and suggestions.
  • Monitor user behavior and market trends, analyze user needs, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and product refinement.
  • Assist the team in completing other related tasks.
  • Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in customer experience management or related fields.
    • Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
    • Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with users.
    • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of adjusting strategies based on data insights.
    • Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and achieve team goals.
    • Familiarity with the Middle East market and user needs is highly desirable.
