Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator specializing in People Services to manage various aspects of human resources administration.
The HR Administrator will focus on providing exceptional support to employees in areas such as onboarding, VISA, health insurance and payroll.
The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Contracts: Preparing, issuing, and managing employment contracts and contract amendments in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Visas: Handling visa applications and renewals for employees, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
- Health Insurance: Administering employee insurance programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Liaising with insurance providers to resolve issues and ensure coverage.
- Employee Requests: Addressing and resolving various employee requests and queries promptly, maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.
- HR Petty Cash: Managing the HR petty cash fund, including disbursements and reconciliation.
- Payroll: Coordinating payroll activities, including data input, verification, and processing. Addressing payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Employee Filing (Hard and Soft): Maintaining accurate and organized employee records in both hard copy and digital formats.
- Company Portal: Managing the HR section of the company portal, ensuring all information is current and accessible to employees.
- Filing & Recording of Company Documents: Ensuring all company documents are properly filed and recorded, both electronically and in physical archives.
- HR Support: Providing HR support ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- License Expirations: Monitoring and tracking the expiration dates of relevant licenses and certifications, ensuring timely renewals.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in human resources administration, with a focus on onboarding, payroll, or employee relations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in the UAE.
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Show discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Be adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
