Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales/Customer Service Representative. This dual-role position combines the ability to drive sales with the provision of exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about achieving both personal and team goals.


Key Responsibilities


Sales:


Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers.

Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.


Customer Service:


Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.

Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes.

Build strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.


Qualifications and Skills:


Proven experience in sales and/or customer service roles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
