Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP) are an advantage.
Experience
- 4+ years of proven experience in using, managing, or administering CRM software.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience integrating CRM systems with other business applications and platforms.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their role in customer relationship management.
- Expertise in customizing CRM applications, defining workflows, and customizing forms using CMS applications.
- Proficiency in data management, including importing/exporting, data migration, mapping, and validation.
Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze CRM data and provide insights to enhance business strategies.
- Experience in creating and maintaining CRM dashboards and generating reports.
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English (primary business language).
