Skills

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP) are an advantage.

Experience

  • 4+ years of proven experience in using, managing, or administering CRM software.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience integrating CRM systems with other business applications and platforms.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their role in customer relationship management.
  • Expertise in customizing CRM applications, defining workflows, and customizing forms using CMS applications.
  • Proficiency in data management, including importing/exporting, data migration, mapping, and validation.

Analytical Skills

  • Ability to analyze CRM data and provide insights to enhance business strategies.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining CRM dashboards and generating reports.

Language Skills

  • Proficiency in English (primary business language).
