Job Description:

• Develop and maintain cost control systems, track expenditures against budgets and monitor inventory and material usage to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Assist in budget preparation, conduct financial analyses to forecast expenditures and implement corrective actions to manage potential cost overruns.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, analyze cost trends and present financial data in actionable formats for management review.
• Work with project teams, procurement and finance to ensure cost efficiency, maintain accurate financial records and support compliance with policies and audits.

Qualifications: 

• Male, 45 years old and below
• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Must have proven experience as a Cost Controller, Cost Accountant, or a similar role in industries such as hospitality, retail, construction and real estate is preferred.
• Strong knowledge in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
