Job Description:

§  Develop and implement department strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company’s vision and UAE/international maritime standards, ensuring accountability and compliance.

§ Drive process improvement, digitization, and change management; enhance maritime regulatory frameworks; oversee risk management and address audit findings.

§ Engage with national and international authorities, industry bodies, and stakeholders to influence maritime policies, ensure cohesive regulation across the UAE, and support service innovation.

§ Lead manpower planning, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure professional development while promoting excellence in health, safety, environment, and information security practices.

Skills

Qualifications: 

• Open to Arabic nationalities
• 40 years old below
• At least 8 years of experience in maritime policy development and regulation
• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Law, Public Policy or related field
• Preferably Certified Maritime Policy Specialist (CMPS)
