Job Description:

• Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and social media to identify and engage potential B2B clients, researching key decision-makers and influencers.
• Engage prospects to understand their needs and challenges, qualifying leads based on established criteria, and prioritizing for follow-up.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the sales team, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams, providing insights to refine strategies, while staying updated on industry trends to enhance lead conversion rates.

Skills

• Female, 40 years old and below
• Atleast 1 year of similar role experience within UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Proven outbound sales or lead generation is an advantage
• Should have knowledge of Sales Process, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and communication tools
