Job Description:

• Identify new business opportunities, sell facility management services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning), and maintain client relationships.
• Focus on selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), customize proposals, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Manage the sales process from inquiry to contract renewal, ensuring client satisfaction and handling negotiations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and resolve service issues.

Qualifications: 

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
• 40 years old and below
•  At least 3 years of experience as Sales Executive
• Proven track record in selling AMC contracts and facility maintenance services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Skilled in understanding and translating client needs into effective maintenance solutions.
• Technical background or relevant degree (business/engineering) preferred.
