Sales Executive – Home Healthcare

Job Description:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, such as hospitals, nursing homes and families in need of home healthcare services. Build a strong lead pipeline through networking, cold calling and industry events. Present and sell tailored healthcare solutions, secure contracts and close sales.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, families and decision-makers. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless collaboration with the clinical team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations and competitors to tailor services effectively. Prepare and present customized proposals, negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to align with client needs and company policies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, track performance and report progress to management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, document sales activities in the CRM and adjust strategies for sustained business growth

Salary:                       up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

Qualifications: 

  • Open to Arabic nationalities
  • Female, 40 years old and below
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
  • Must have proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare, home healthcare.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
