Marketing Executive – Videography, Photography & Social Media Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Marketing Executive to manage and execute our e-commerce brand's digital marketing strategy. This role will combine expertise in videography, photography, content creation, social media marketing, and editing to build our online presence and grow our product sales. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content production, editing, and implementing engaging social media campaigns to attract customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Capture high-quality videos and photos of our products, ensuring they are visually appealing for online stores, social media platforms, and digital ads.
  • Create product videos, promotional clips, unboxing videos, and other engaging content to showcase products in creative and effective ways.
  • Video & Photo Editing:
  • Edit photos and videos to align with brand guidelines, ensuring professional quality and consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Use software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant tools to enhance content.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Manage and grow the brand's presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts, create campaigns, and track performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with the design team for visual content.
  • Brand Strategy & Planning:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a comprehensive strategy that incorporates digital content creation and social media marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, e-commerce best practices, and innovative ways to promote products.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Coordinate and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions to drive traffic and sales.
  • Work with influencers, partners, and affiliates to amplify brand reach.
  • Content Analysis:
  • Track and measure the performance of social media campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Hootsuite to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Respond to customer queries and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in videography, photography, and content creation.
  • Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to create engaging social media content (graphics, posts, stories, reels).
  • Strong communication and writing skills for captions, blog posts, and newsletters.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing practices is a bonus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an e-commerce or startup environment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
