Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Collection and Analysis of Market Information:
    • Gather and analyze market-related information, including industry policies, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights to support the development of local market strategies.
  2. Market Research:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
    • Identify business opportunities and customer needs.
  3. Project Expansion:
    • Perform on-site project research and maintain customer relationships.
    • Manage market research, project planning, execution, and evaluation.
  4. Customer Development:
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers in the local market.
    • Address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in market development or a related field.
  • Familiarity with products such as heating, cooling, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and water system spare parts.
  • Existing customer base preferred, including repair shops, distributors, agents, importers, and contractors.
