Role Overview:

La Coleccion Vacation Homes Rental LLC is seeking a motivated and resourceful Business Development Manager to lead the expansion and growth of our holiday home rental business in Dubai. The candidate will focus on acquiring new properties, building and managing relationships with property owners, travel agencies, relocation companies, and corporate clients. They will also work closely with our internal team to ensure the growth of occupancy rates and long-term bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Acquisition: Contact property owners in Dubai to offer our property management services, aiming to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Partnership Development: Engage with local and international travel agencies and relocation service companies to market our properties and secure high occupancy.
• Real Estate Networking: Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents to market properties for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
• Corporate Partnerships: Create partnerships with Dubai-based corporations requiring frequent stays, ensuring steady bookings.
• Owner Relations: Provide regular updates to property owners regarding the performance of their properties, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Unconventional Sales Strategies: Utilize creative and resourceful methods to drive business, particularly given the limited marketing budget.
• Performance Monitoring: Focus on achieving KPIs such as property acquisitions, occupancy rate increases, and securing long-term reservations outside of traditional OTA channels.

Skills

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years in business development or sales, preferably with experience in Dubai’s holiday home or real estate market.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, client management, partnership building, and time management skills. A growth mindset and the desire to drive results are essential.
• Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a plus.
• Driver’s License: Preferred, as the role involves frequent meetings across Dubai.
• Work Ethic: Self-starter, highly motivated, and resourceful. Must be proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
