Female Sales Executive - Floral Bespoke Studio



We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at our floral bespoke studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, with experience in both online and offline sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and online
• Assist with daily retail operations and inventory management
• Process orders and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
• Support admin tasks, including order tracking, invoicing, and data entry
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized store environment
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of online sales platforms
• A keen interest in floral design or the creative arts is a plus
