The Scaffolder Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of scaffolding structures within the oil and gas industry. The Scaffolder Inspector collaborates closely with construction teams to maintain high safety standards while optimizing workflow efficiency. With a minimum of two years of experience, candidates will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of scaffolding regulations and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide detailed reports on scaffolding conditions and recommend necessary repairs or modifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop scaffolding plans that meet project requirements.
- Train and mentor scaffolding personnel on safety standards and best practices.
- Monitor scaffolding installation processes to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety policies.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for safety audits and inspections.
- Evaluate and recommend scaffolding equipment and materials for various projects.
- Ensure that all scaffolding work is completed within project timelines and budget constraints.

Work Location: The positions are based in Habshan and Bu Hasa, both major oil and gas facilities in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
