- Monitoring inventory levels of pest control products and equipment, ensuring teams are adequately supplied.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, striving for excellent service recovery.
- Generating operational reports and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align services with client expectations and promotional activities.
- Conducting regular field audits to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
