The Operations Officer at Rentokil Boecker is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure the efficient delivery of services and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating the activities of the operational teams, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Implementing the standards outlined in Rentokil Boecker Operations Manual and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments based on client needs and availability.
  • Supervising field teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of pest control products and equipment, ensuring teams are adequately supplied.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, striving for excellent service recovery.
  • Generating operational reports and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align services with client expectations and promotional activities.
  • Conducting regular field audits to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

The role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and service delivery processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
