Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting and selling our products/services, and building long-term customer relationships. Your ability to communicate effectively, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service will directly impact the growth of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce, promote, and sell products or services.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads, ensuring they meet criteria for follow-up and sales conversion.
  • Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Listen actively to customer needs, identify pain points, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing deals effectively.
  • CRM Management: Update customer information, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Handle Objections: Address customer concerns or objections and provide clear, persuasive responses to drive conversions.
  • Follow-up: Continuously follow up with prospects and leads to close sales or secure meetings for further engagement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, pricing, and new developments to effectively answer customer questions.
