• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience in joinery and aluminium system installation (5+ years preferred).
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of construction and installation processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
