Photographer and Videographer- Graphic Designer 

Job Purpose:

Responsible for capturing high-quality, compelling images and videos that align with the brand identity. Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute photo shoots, ensuring that the final product meets the standards of excellence. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Design of a wide range of marketing collateral – including but not limited to – brochures and catalogues, in-store POS, digital campaign assets, OOH assets, environmental branding and multimedia assets.
• Create multiple concepts for marketing campaigns whilst demonstrating profound design expertise and trend awareness to guarantee suitable graphic application and implementation.
• Provide colour correction, image enhancement and as necessary, image creation.
• Assist in and undertake creative photographic work as required.
• Responsible for ensuring a modern, aesthetic and clean look and feel in all design elements affecting the company.
• Collaborate with print vendors for optimum output and attend pre-press meetings to ensure high quality and adherence to Bateel’s brand standards as required.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Executive team other departments to ensure all final artworks are accurately specified and print ready.

Skills

Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years creative experience with a solid portfolio

• Proficiency with digital photography and videography equipment and editing software

• Excellent eye for composition, lightning, and detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 

• Work experience in both photography and videography

• Food photography and videography experience (Preferred)

Qualification and Licenses requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar

• Must be highly proficient with current versions of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, MS office suit and familiar with a wide range of other design, web and multimedia software and applications
