· Degree in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, Bachelor of Accountancy, Business Administration and Finance, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent academic background
· Minimum of 4-6 years working in an FMCG industries in the same role and having hands on experience in MS office, Excel, Word.
· Strong knowledge of internal controls and familiarity with accounting processes and procedures.
· Working knowledge on ERP system, Oracle database and other Database Concepts and expert Knowledge in Database Administration
Skills
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Generate regular expense reports & provide explanations.
- Generate regular revenue reports & provide explanations.
- Ensure the completeness & accuracy of the general ledger system.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Liaise with banks on banking matters.
- Assist with periodic & annual external audit.
- Prepare relevant schedules for annual external audit.
- Assist senior accountants in product costing & pricing matters
