Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Generating leads and building strong client relationships.
• Conducting property viewings and presenting properties to potential buyers/tenants.
• Negotiating and closing deals on behalf of clients.
• Providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and financing options.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English is mandatory, Arabic and Hindi are a plus).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• UAE Driving License (preferred).
