We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for driving sales of our portfolio, nurturing client relationships, and helping businesses achieve streamlined operations through our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to reach potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs to recommend suitable products/solutions, barcode, RFID and IoT.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product and service quality meets client expectations.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to showcase our offerings.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT solutions, RFID, or barcode industry.
- Strong understanding of RFID, barcode, and IoT technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Preferably with an experience of 2-3 years.
