About the Role
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets and customers for exporting cars.
- Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Drive sales by actively seeking new business opportunities and negotiating contracts with clients.
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to introduce company services and establish relationships.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of partnering with the company.
- Coordinate with Purchasers and Logistics coordinator to ensure timely delivery of cars to customers.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and procedures in all target markets.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for sales and business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as accounting, business developers, purchasers, business managers and logistics to ensure smooth execution of export operations.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing strategies.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, seeking out opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, client interactions, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates on progress.
Skills
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or related fields, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Understanding of international trade regulations and procedures related to car exports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
- Strong networking abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

- Proficiency in English and Russian is required.

- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
