Skills
- Proven experience of more than 3 year as a Real Estate Broker or Agent.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in Dubai and the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools, as well as social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance property visibility.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously.
