We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Vantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective recruitment sources to attract candidates in the banking and financial services sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for open positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within banking and financial services.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
