As haus & haus continues to expand rapidly in the market, we need more hands-on deck to support our exceptional agents and marketing programs.


Our marketing team lead all the company content development, manage our company channels and deliver campaigns with wide range of tactics including; webinars, podcasts, digital advertising, events, web & social content and video production (to name a few).


Holding marketing qualifications and having worked previously in marketing roles, you’ll know that you need a foundation of administration and project management skills in order to deliver exceptional marketing programs. Experience in real estate is not required, however, knowledge and experience working in the Dubai market will be a distinct advantage.


Depending on specialisation, key responsibilities may include:

• Working closely with marketing team members to support the successful execution of tactics

across campaign.

• Utilise administration skills to ensure Monday.com, our project management platform, is kept

up to date with tasks and all related documents are filed and stored efficiently.

• Basic data analytics, updating and pulling reports from internal systems, general budget management and sorting in Excel and PowerPoint as required.

• Copywriting for social media, website and other marketing materials.

• Social channel posting and response management.


Skill requirements:

• Marketing qualifications and at least 1-2 years experience in marketing and/or related roles.

• Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Administrative and/or coordinator skills, with demonstrated project management and organisational experience.

• Outstanding written and verbal English skills.

• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Existing experience in related applications such as Monday.com and Hubspot (or similar lead management/CRM tools) etc would be an advantage.

• Team player with a proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude.

• A sense of humour and the ability to amuse colleagues with cheesy gifs is a must!.
