What will you do?

• Lead quality initiatives: Develop and execute project-specific quality plans, from inspection schedules to test procedures.
• Collaborate with top stakeholders: Work closely with project management, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless implementation of quality standards.
• Drive excellence at every step: Oversee materials testing, supplier inspections, and quality reviews to maintain compliance with internal and external standards.
• Foster continuous improvement: Conduct training, audits, and quality campaigns to embed a culture of excellence across the project.
• Resolve challenges proactively: Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions swiftly to uphold the integrity of project deliverables.

Are you the one we’re looking for?

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• A degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with certifications in Quality Management.
• 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading QA/QC efforts on Solar EPC projects.
• A proven ability to manage quality systems in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
