Magine Solutions is hiring a dynamic Country Manager to lead the sales operations for a prestigious FMCG company based in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the FMCG sector, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels, key accounts, and retail operations in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
