We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Mirdif City Centre store in Dubai!


The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for handling overall store operations, supervising staff to maximize sales, maintaining exceptional levels of customer service, and developing & maintaining a customer base by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales.


Responsibilities

  • To adopt a customer-first approach and to ensure all team members offer exemplary customer service as expected from a luxury brand.
  • To develop, direct, and measure the execution of strategic annual/long-term plans to meet and exceed sales and revenue commitments/goals. Drive financial performance & aim to exceed targets.
  • To ensure smooth and efficient operations across all store functions.
  • To effectively capture customer data and leverage the same to provide the best possible experience to customers.
  • Effectively manage store staff and all relevant people issues. Training & motivating staff to meet the allotted targets and uphold a team environment that nurtures growth in each associate.
  • Take accountability for all operational functions, inventory & merchandise of the store.
  • Must closely track the market trends and competition numbers.
  • Must constantly educate self to enhance product knowledge.
  • Must constantly share product and customer feedback with respective HO teams.
  • Act as a strong brand ambassador by always upholding brand values and ethos.


Qualifications


  • High school education/ graduation or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' of store management experience.
  • Customer-centric with a positive attitude.
