We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our human resources operations within the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will assist with HR functions, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–4 years of HR experience who are eager to grow in their career.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide basic guidance on HR policies.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day workplace concerns in collaboration with senior HR staff.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and preparation of payroll data.
- Ensure proper documentation of HR processes and maintain confidentiality.
Training and Development Support:
- Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
- Track employee participation and maintain training records.
Recruitment Assistance:
- Support recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Compliance and Policy Administration:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and food safety regulations specific to the industry.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in organizing team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Gather employee feedback and contribute to strategies for improving workplace culture.
Skills
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in HR or a similar role (experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the HR function.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
