Position: Relationship Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 per month + Commission (0.6% of every deal )
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Abu Dhabi real estate (indirect sales)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-presented Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in indirect real estate sales, a proven ability to manage client relationships, and an extensive network of brokerage connections within Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and key stakeholders in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and external brokerage firms.
• Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful sales through indirect sales channels.
• Present company offerings professionally and persuasively to potential clients.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitive offerings, and key developments in the Abu Dhabi real estate industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and delivered with excellence.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Skills
Key Requirements:
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market, with a focus on indirect sales.
• Network: Strong and active connections with brokerage firms and real estate agents in Abu Dhabi.
• Presentation Skills: Impeccable presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and trends.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Personality: Professional demeanor, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
