Your Role:

As the Head of HSE, you will:

• Spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge HSE strategies.
• Ensure compliance with global and local HSE standards, especially in GCC projects.
• Lead risk management efforts, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Embed a culture of safety and environmental sustainability across all operations.
• Champion innovative HSE initiatives that reduce risks and elevate performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: At least 10 years in HSE leadership roles within large-scale EPC projects, particularly in the energy sector.
• GCC Expertise: Knowledge of local regulations and standards, with hands-on experience in Saudi Aramco or ADNOC projects.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Strong communication and team-building abilities to inspire and influence stakeholders at every level.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HSE management software, ISO certifications, and emergency response planning.
