Platform Management and Expansion:
- Manage the company’s product portfolio on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Mumzworld, and FirstCry, ensuring accurate and appealing product listings.
- Identify and onboard additional e-commerce platforms to broaden the company’s digital presence and drive sales growth.
Product Optimization:
- Strategically increase the number of products listed across platforms to reflect the company’s diverse product range.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all product details, images, and descriptions meet platform guidelines and attract customers.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior across platforms.
- Generate insights and actionable recommendations to optimize performance and achieve sales targets.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies tailored to each platform, including seasonal campaigns and targeted ads.
- Implement platform-specific Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve product visibility.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Liaise with line manager to ensure compliance with platform policies and resolve operational challenges.
- Partner with the supply chain and logistics teams to maintain stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Future Readiness:
- Provide input and support for the potential development of the company’s proprietary e-commerce platform in the future.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably with third-party platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon, Mumzworld, FirstCry, or similar platforms, including seller tools and processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and a proven ability to interpret sales metrics and trends.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platform-specific SEO techniques.
