Platform Management and Expansion:

  1. Manage the company’s product portfolio on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Mumzworld, and FirstCry, ensuring accurate and appealing product listings.
  2. Identify and onboard additional e-commerce platforms to broaden the company’s digital presence and drive sales growth.

Product Optimization:

  1. Strategically increase the number of products listed across platforms to reflect the company’s diverse product range.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all product details, images, and descriptions meet platform guidelines and attract customers.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  1. Track and analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior across platforms.
  2. Generate insights and actionable recommendations to optimize performance and achieve sales targets.

Marketing and Promotion:

  1. Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies tailored to each platform, including seasonal campaigns and targeted ads.
  2. Implement platform-specific Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve product visibility.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  1. Liaise with line manager to ensure compliance with platform policies and resolve operational challenges.
  2. Partner with the supply chain and logistics teams to maintain stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Future Readiness:

  1. Provide input and support for the potential development of the company’s proprietary e-commerce platform in the future.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably with third-party platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon, Mumzworld, FirstCry, or similar platforms, including seller tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and a proven ability to interpret sales metrics and trends.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platform-specific SEO techniques.
