Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of 150,000 AED.
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through projects, contractors, interior designers, and direct client interactions.
2. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present company offerings effectively to clients, emphasizing Custom Upholstery and Custom Furniture such as sofas, dining chairs, bar stools, wall panels, outdoor seating, and cushions.
3. Client Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Effectively showcase design concepts, materials, and production capabilities to clients.
4. Market Research and Business Development:
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Identify new business opportunities in the furniture and home furnishing sector, focusing on project-based sales.
5. Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project updates.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team.
Skills
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the furniture or home furnishing industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of custom upholstery and custom furniture manufacturing.
• Costing Expertise: Ability to accurately calculate costs and prepare detailed estimates.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design and production terminology, as well as MS Office and CRM tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
