We are looking for a Admin Assistant/Receptionist with experience in real estate industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls as and when required
- Listing and verification of properties on portals (Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.)
- Drafting and preparing listing forms
- Applying for Trakheesi permits
- Maintain contact/lead lists and create weekly leads reports
- Order office supplies & provide general support to visitors
- Responsible for sales documentation (preparing MOU, Form A, B, F etc)
- Company vendor registration, developer agreements etc.
- Preparation of availability lists report for rental and sales
- Coordinating for the utilities payment for the sales deal and registration on the utilities
- Responsible for assigning leads to the agents based on the enquiries received as per the management
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Skills & Qualification:
- Minimum 2-3 years of admin experience in real estate (mandatory)
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks
- Provides general office and operational support
- Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi)
- Experience in preparation of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and F, etc.)
