Our client, a leading real estate developer, is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to their leadership team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion and juggle multiple priorities will be critical to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up on special projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and other communications with professionalism.
- Maintain an organized filing system and assist with document preparation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
